Public Resource Availability Calendars

Resource calendars can now be enabled on the public QReserve website for all visitors, regardless of whether or not they have a QReserve user account. This includes resource listings at QReserve.com or within university specific QReserve portals. To enable this new feature, visit the Reservation Options tab for a resource and enable the "Show calendar on public page to everyone" option. Then, on the resource's public listing page found in searches, a new "Check Availability" button will appear that brings up a read-only booking calendar for that resource. No details of reservations are shown here -- only the blocks of time currently reserved.

This calendar is read-only. New reservations can only be requested from within the QReserve application by registered users.
