QReserve Release - 2212.01

We thought about doing a new feature or improvement a day throughout December but I didn't want to write a separate blog post each time so here's a bunch of goodies all at once!

• User bulk upload now supports creating bot and test users.
• Administrators have additional visualization tools on resource maps.
• Sites and resources can now set default calendar views (a default resource view will take precedence over a default site wide view).
• If the time setting is set to 24 hour time then times displayed on calendars are also in 24 hour time.

• If a site has project visibility disabled for users, administrators were unable to add reservations to projects even though they should still have access. This is fixed.
• Sites with image thumbnails on resource selector were seeing the images be mismatched.
• Some resources with full-day reservations were causing errors when mixed with other resources that had a maximum reservation of under 24 hours.
• Form files with special characters in the filename could not be downloaded.
• Spending accounts on invoices now show the balance as of this moment instead of the final balance if transactions exist in the future.
• The default duration was sometimes not being set correctly with new reservations.
